Refund & Return Policy

At Onionboom, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Non-returnable items: Opened kits, customer-damaged items, and final sale items are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return Contact us at onionlu36@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond with return instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges We replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us at onionlu36@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
